In November 2025, QMAC Construction completed a multi-million-pound project, which involved the delivery of new office headquarters for Radius Housing in Holywood. The development involved the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a modern three-storey extension on the former Habinteg Housing Association site on Hibernia Street. Work also included redevelopment and integration with the adjoining Moyra Mitchell office building, alongside refurbishment of the Priory Press building, creating a cohesive and high-quality office campus in a live urban environment.
The main parties involved included:
- Employer: Radius Housing
- NEC Project Manager: McAdam Design
- Architect: Hall Black Douglas
- M&E Engineer: R&H Design Services
- Civil & Structural Engineer: Hanna & Hutchinson
- Quantity Surveyor: Skope
- M&E subcontractor: Harvey Group
On Tuesday 24th March, the redeveloped headquarters was officially opened. Rhona Quinn, Managing Director of QMAC Construction, commented,
“This was a significant project for the company which required a real team effort. We are delighted to see the new offices in full use. We wish Radius Housing well and would like to sincerely thank them for appointing QMAC Construction to deliver this impressive new facility.”
