Refurbishment of Winchester Court, Belfast

The c. £800,000 project, completed in 2024 for Radius Housing, involved fire and building safety work to a two-storey, fully operational, sheltered housing scheme in Belfast.

The work comprised replacement of fire doors, glazed screens, external doors to flats, windows, and screens, upgrading of insulation to walls and roof voids, cleaning of hard standings, cleaning of roof coverings, provision of PVC cladding to eaves, replacement of rainwater goods, redecoration of communal areas and external timbers, replacement of flooring, redecoration of fencing and railings, fire stopping, new screen and roller shutter to an office, modification of kitchen units, and other minor works.
