Housing Refurbishment Progressing in Dundonald

A new project for Choice Housing Association is progressing in the Cherryhill area of Dundonald. The work comprises comprehensive refurbishment of 18 former Victoria Housing Estate (VHE) dwellings including internal alterations, window & door replacement, kitchen replacement, heating replacement, bathroom replacement, roof & insulation replacement, and landscaping work to the garden areas. Construction work commenced in November 2022 and is scheduled to take 16 months to complete.
