QMAC Secures Place on UCD Framework

QMAC Construction has recently secured a place on a framework published by University College Dublin (UCD). UCD is a modern University, the largest in Ireland, with six colleges and thirty-seven schools. The scope of the five-year framework is new-build and refurbishment works with an estimated main contract value between €1,000,000 and €5,000,000.

Projects procured through the framework typically consist of:

• Refurbishment and retrofitting of existing buildings.
• Energy upgrade works of buildings.
• New-build medium sized projects.

Sean Mullen, Contracts Director of QMAC Construction commented,
“Securing a place on the framework has been very welcome news. We have conducted many projects at UCD over recent years and know they have an extensive programme of building and refurbishment work planned to upgrade their estate. We are very much looking forward to hopefully carrying out work over the term of the framework.”
