Redevelopment of Radius Headquarters Set to Commence
A new c. £7m project is set to commence for Radius Housing. It will involve the construction of a new office building located on the previous Habinteg Housing Association site at 18-22 Hibernia Street, Holywood. The work will also include connection into and refurbishment of the existing adjoining Moyra Mitchell premises. In addition, the Priory Press building directly across Hibernia Street will be refurbished. The overall construction period is scheduled to take 15 months. Work is expected to commence on site later in the summer following a pre-construction design development period.

Time: Drop-in format from 3pm to 6:30pm. There will be a public presentation to advise on the construction work at 3:30pm, then repeated at 5:30pm.
Venue: Queen’s Leisure Complex, Holywood, BT18 9HL
Attendees: Members of the public, local traders, neighbouring business owners, and any other stakeholders are very welcome to attend. A meet-the-buyer session will also take place. Potential supply chain members are encouraged to attend.
