Work to Commence at UCD Belfield Campus

A new contract has been secured under a framework for new build / refurbishment projects at University College Dublin (UCD) to carry out refurbishment work within the Belfield campus in south Dublin. Work is due to commence on:

1. UCD Biomed MRI Unit. The work will involve strip-out of the existing room and refurbishment work to the floor, walls, and ceilings to provide a new MRI suite. Mechanical and electrical installation work is also required.
2. UCD James Joyce Library 3rd Floor works. The work will involve recarpeting and vinyl to existing rooms of the James Joyce Library.

This work will involve fast-track refurbishment as the campus will be fully operational throughout the duration of the project.
