New Project Secured at Craigantlet Buildings, Stormont

A new contract has been secured with the Department of Finance for the provision of replacement windows at the Craigantlet Buildings, Stormont. It is a two-stage contract involving a design development and a construction period. Approximately 348 windows will be installed on a floor by floor, elevation by elevation basis. As the building will remain occupied throughout the works, a decanting and reoccupation process will be managed to ensure minimal disruption to staff.
