Multi-Element Improvement Work to Grahamsbridge Manor, Dundonald

The c. £1 project, completed in 2025 for Radius Housing, involved multi-element improvement work to a three-storey, fully operational, sheltered housing scheme in Dundonald.

The work included bathroom replacements, floor finish and ceiling replacements, fire upgrade work, insulation upgrade work, door and window replacements, roof cleaning, repairs and rainwater goods replacements, furniture/unit replacements, handrailing replacements, redecoration work, signage upgrades, site works, cleaning/repairs, and associated mechanical and electrical work.
